All sound...no issues. Huge store with a massive car park that will accommodate every customer no matter the time of the day. Great quality products and massive variety will make You purchase what ever You came for plus few other bits that You haven't seen anywhere else. Very friendly and helpful staff are always happy to help and extremely keen on doing so. Will be definitely coming back again. Keep up the great work. A+++

Stopped off for a quick bite to eat whilst down in in South Staffs for a gymnastics competition ‍‍We ordered from the normal menu rather than the Christmas themed one, the food was nice but our drinks order was mixed up and wasn't corrected, so we were a bit dissatisfied with the level of service, which was a shame   .

Click and Collect at Sainsbury’s is easy to do at the Orbital Centre store. Ordering online in advance on the Sainsbury’s website, which I found to be straightforward, with the order being emailed to check and having a copy of the order number. Arriving at the carpark entrance, go straight ahead instead of turning right. I continued until I saw the sign near the far end. Waiting in the allocated area until an assistant approached us, we were greeted politely and asked to move to another allocated area to collect. Our groceries were wheeled out close to our opened car boot and we loaded them across into our plastic boxes having a couple of boxes means easier loading and also unloading when we arrive home too. The assistant went to fetch our frozen food as we loaded the groceries which meant it was straight from the store’s freezer. All done and away in minutes to home. No queues, no waiting, excellent service.  Visited Jan 24, Tues PM, very quiet. I did notice a bollard not just in the centre of a crossing edge, but surrounded by dimples to guide a blind person right into it. See photo

Love this place! Seems to have something of everything and a cafe! Helpful staff and free parking make it even better   I love the clothes section the most! The display of knitwear this winter has been beautiful, I wanted to buy everyone of the cardies and jumpers in the photos   They also has an argos tucked away in store so it's really handy for so many things additional to sainsburys goods if you needed them!  There is a sainsburys petrol garage on the same bit of retail park

SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! Euro-car parks are now in control of this car park and if you are over 2 hours they will hit you with an £85 fine. My friend and I made the mistake of visiting the restaurant after shopping in the store.   NEVER AGAIN!!!

Good.. cheaper food then other supermarkets.. recommended this to others. Lots of family meals on offer. Thanks sainsbury's xxx

Clean and tidy, staff friendly, we shop around any offers on we checked them out, I've had some good food/cloths, always worth a look around

I stopped at the Cannock Orbital branch, out of convenience, on the way to a meeting. I specifically went in for a bouquet of flowers but in the box, which they didn't have any in stock. I decided to get chocolates too, so I asked a member of staff as to which aisle it would be.  She replied she didn't know the number, but she would show me.  This was a lovely gesture, in this dying age of good ole customer service.  She showed me the aisle for boxed chocolates, which I asked for, and not the confectionary aisle. Brownie points scored for sure!

I’m 36 with clear tattoos and facial hair and I got asked for ID?! Aside from that insult the place is huge and most people will find it accommodating for what they need.
