This is a poor shop. It stocks the basics and hates it's customers. Having seen the middle aisle at many an Aldi, I can see that this particular one is neglected. The bread aisle was a disaster too, hope to God they're not trying to blame Ukraine this early on. I asked the checkout girl who was a man for a couple of bags. She asked me how many I wanted. Seriously? How many is a couple? She then proceeded to throw my food at me. This experience makes me almost want to go back to Wolverhampton Asda...
This is the second time I've had to pull the Cannock store about the quality of their fresh veg. Yesterday the brocolli was disgusting - brown & mouldy. I pointed it out to a store girl who said, quote, "it's going off really quickly & it wasn't like that this morning it was midday. And I only do labels but I'll get it removed now". 20 minutes later it was still there waiting for someone with poor eyesight to buy. This store clearly has no pride or care about the produce & I've said it before - the manager needs a good shake up if this is what he allows.
The food was excellent lay. well but the only problem is my food bill gone up nearly £15 as pensioner I at cut back so food my daughter was with me she can't help husband out work struggling to pay Bill's
I love Aldi .Did my shopping and waited so long in the queue only to put everything back. Why they didn't have more tills open ,I don't know. I stopped of at another Aldi on my way home
I like shopping at aldi , good selection and never have to wait long to get to pay , nice and clean as well
Nice and clean. Only four stars as there were a fair number of items missing.
I can understand you run a cheap store but it don't mean your security can treat your customers in with rubbish behaviour and bad attitude and language I took a basket out of the store to put shopping in my car he ran after me for the basket and gave me a mouthful for a bloody basket Shame on you aldi for keeping such staff and you should have ways to complain on your website
So much nicer than the Wolverhampton store. I will come here again; no nasty smells as you walk through the front door like there is in the Wolverhampton branch. Food is displayed well and the shop is clean and tidy. No mouldy Strawberries or other soft fruits either, everything looked fresh and good to eat.
Excellent customer thank you cheap food brilliant pay less than high class stores
Some staff not all have bad attitude. No good telling me not to put the bottled water on the belt, after you've scanned it. Either a sign should be by the water, or staff need to be more astute with what people are putting on the belt, before it gets to them. In order for me to help them help me. Because it doesn't bother me either way where the water goes. I'd just rather be serve by happier staff.
