A good SAAB independent. Customer service is good and it's always easy to arrange appointments, delivery/collection and updates on your car. Good waiting times for MOTS, servicing or repairs with low waiting times for parts. Pricing is towards the premium end of the scale but as SAAB independents are thin on the ground, there is no official dealer network left and it is a luxury car brand I feel that the pricing is justified. I have noted the mechanics take time to evaluate the car and note anything that must be replaced but also take the time to note work that may need to be done soon and and even list part numbers for cosmetic items (such as faded emblems or missing items) should you wish to want to keep your car in the best possible condition. Overall they give the service and quality usually expected from a main franchise dealership rather than just being an average garage with specialist knowledge of a particular brand. Highly recommended have used for a long time

Great place to take your Saab to. Guys definitely know what are they doing. Been using them for quite some time.

Absolutely top quality service and good value. I don't think I have ever come across a business that is as genuinely enthusiastic and customer-focused about what they are doing. Completely professional, always keen to explain everything they are doing, and all the possible options open to you. The level of detail in their inspections and services is huge, yet it is clear they always look for good value solutions, for example if something other than brand new replacement is available, and certainly avoiding any work that is not necessary. I have never had this type of experience with any other garage in the past, and hopefully will be able to keep coming back for years to come.

First visit and highly impressed. Bought my first Saab and took in for a detailed check over. I'm pretty clued up on cars and the detailed report they gavce me was excellent and good value considering the depth they went into. Simon was very nice to deal with and with such a professional outfit local to me I feel pleased to have bought a Saab and have an expert lcoally to keep it runing well for me. Going back next week to get a few of the minor things they found rectified.
