Took my Range Rover Evoque for its annual service and was promptly met by the service manager who arranged the booking in process quickly and efficiently. Walked into Welwyn town centre and Grange rang me when the car was ready - couple of hours or so. The car was returned nicely clean and all paperwork complete. I subsequently received an online link providing a visual short Health Check that was carried out. All in all excellent service and would definitely recommend Grand Land Rover.

We were really let down by these guys. Bought a new Disco Sport with all the trimmings, sent it back for squeaky brakes and had to leave it overnight. Without our permission, one of the mechanics drove it 40 miles home with him to ‘test the car out and listen out for the squeak’ and kept the car at his place overnight. It turned out that they knew what the problem was before we sent the car in as it’s a common fault with many cars when the discs are cold. To make matters worse they thentold us there’s nothing they can do to fix it so there was no point handing the car over in the first place. After complaining to the manager about it he said this is standard ways of working, they always drive cars home and a 40 mike trip with your car isn’t out of the norm. He wasn’t apologetic at all. If you bring your car in, make sure you take a pic of the miles you’ve done before you hand it over and be specific about it not been taken off site. If they need to bed brakes in etc. then they can just drive it round the block. Getting hold of a courtesy car is like gold dust as well so don’t expect one when your car is due a service.

Excellent service from Josh the salesperson at WGC also their finance dept. Very helpful when looking for my Range Rover Evoque. No problems throughout the purchase. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a second hand RRS and it was exactly as described and beautifully presented. Great service and nice people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t have been more helpful + supportive and he had an excellent understanding of your vehicles. Will be recommending him and Grange Land Rover, Welwyn to friends. Thanks very much to you all - thoroughly enjoying the new car! ☺️
