We picked up a car the same day. Arrived at 10.30am, left at 3.00pm The staff are great, very kind. Not pushy. They work around you and always wanted to help in the best way possible. The cars do really just speak for themselves. Hugh has been great to us and with a bit of pre-planning from him enabled us to take the car away the same day We will be back for our upgrades and services
Came in today to browse, the showroom was gorgeous. Astons speak for themselves but I would like to mention Hugh for his outstanding service. Everything you expect from a dealership of this caliber he had an answer for every question and tailored the customer care to suit us personally. This was the best service we had all day after visiting each different company. Will be spreading word and using Aston Martin in the future
I would personally like to thank Rishi for his attention to detail during my visit to Grange. It was his first week, however he dealt with me with a level of professionalism as though he has been in the role for some time. Stuart and Simon were also very helpful and understood that certain issues on the car had to be fixed and they made sure they were.
Fantastic experience had by Hugh and his team on the delivery of my Aston Martin Vantage. I could not have asked for more and they helped in every step of the purchase both pre and post delivery. already planning on my next one and will be bought from Hugh.
I was greeted by a fantastic member of the team, Hugh. He made our experience fantastic by accommodating us with a detailed look around the cars and a coffee too. We will definitely be using Aston Martin again, Many thanks Hugh and the Team.

The service departmemt and experience was excellent, Mr Rishi Solanki wasexcepyionally professional and precise, but most importantly un assuming. I enjoyed meetiong a team of professioals whose objective was to acommodate me. Thank you all
New design showroom to be rolled out to all Aston showrooms over time - and it's excellent. Very different to a normal car showroom, more like a big open plan house with lots of great cars in it. Free drinks, fruit, cakes. Staff very friendly and actively encouraging kids to get in the cars, take pictures etc. Also a big sofa area with TV showing kids shows...
Efficient, friendly, approachable and responsive. Everything Aston Martin Park Royal is definitely not. The central London dealership and service centre needs a shake up. If in North London just come to Hatfield a much better solution
