Purchased a car 2 weeks ago. Had a few minor problems, called them, both Michael and Paul were very helpful and couldn’t fault them in anyway. Fixed problem and said they are always a phone call away and happy to help anytime. Recommend k cars to anyone. Even my grandad has brought from them.

Worst car ever bought from dodgy dealers. First 2 hours car broke down. Alternator went and window wipers didn’t work. Wish I hadn’t bothered as it states it had only been serviced 12 days before I purchased it. Just avoid this company at all costs.

Pleasant and friendly service frmo Paul at K Cars, found the car on Auto Trader and went to check it out. Gave a great trade in price for my car more than the Auto Trader advised price. Have lots of cars that people want to buy at a reasonable price, they have to make a profit at the end of the day, they cant give their stock away. Also a great 12 Month Warranty covering loads of things on a used car this is brilliant! Lovely car, MOT and Serviced ready to drive away. Thanks K Cars especially Paul in the office.
I was fortunate to purchase a car with a full Ford service history that sold itself from Mike and Paul at K Cars. Getting an older car can be risky but what a relief to find a reputable dealer that made me feel safe from the first phone call by assuring a returnable deposit which I paid for over the phone before my test drive. It was a bit odd giving card details over the phone but I could see on my banking app that the business what legitimate as soon as the deposit was made. Upon arrival, all the books, paperwork and a clean vehicle were ready to view. They were also kind enough to collect me from the nearby train station and took me to their place of business. It was as simple as saying hello, giving me the keys to open the car and giving me space to view with as much time as I needed. Test drive was great and I couldn't be happier with my purchase which didn't deserve a haggle. To top it off, I took the car around the corner to the local pitstop who have a relationship with k cars to take a look at a minor tyre repair for a nail. The technician recommended to change the tyre from a small bulge they noticed. Through no fault of their own, K cars did the right thing and quickly picked up the bill for a new tyre. Good people who have good stock for good value. Most importantly - HONEST.
Called and told him I was coming to see a specific car.Was friendly on the phone.When I got there he was on the phone constantly and paid very little attention to me.Took one call after another despite me being there which was a shame. As a businessman myself I believe in the saying ' a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush' ? The car I went to see didn't look as good as advertised but he could have offered me other options.
