Been twice now and had a great time on both occasions.   The staff are friendly and attentive and made us feel at ease as we were first timers.  The facilities are great, though I did get lost a few times.  The place is pretty big with everything you would expect.  I definitely recommend

The place is ok. It’s big and very clean everywhere. I’ve been here in a Thursday from 15h00 till 17h30 and it was dead inside, 4 guys older than me. The price caught me by surprise cause it’s higher than the ones in London 21£. If I’m alone probably I wouldn’t go back here. The staff was friendly and helpful my star belongs to them and for the cleanliness.

Rude staff. I asked a question about how many people where in, and I was asked why I wanted to know. I asked for a towel and was rudely told that you came in and saw the poster I saw nothing as I was in disbelief of the rudeness of this staff member. Overall Made it a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone going in for their first time- I certainly won't be going again! . It's a deserted place with horrible and rude staff. Avoid at all cost. Go to the Vault in London which is a much friendlier and less judgemental place. - train your staff to not be rude/make people uncomfortable when entering your premises.  If I can give this zero stars I would!

I went there for the first time yesterday, was very nervous as this was my first time going to a place like this. I had no need to be worried. the young man on the reception made me feel very welcome and after a brief explanation of what was where he left me to explore. the place is nicely divided up between the 3 floors and there are options to play on all floors. There was a mix of guys during the days and most were polite and friendly. i saw the guy from the front desk a few times and each time he was very friendly and checked i was okay, overall its a great place with great facilities will be going back and would recommend this to anyone thinking to try.

Been here a few times now as I’ve moved to the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, drinks are reasonably priced and it has has always been clean. There is a good mix of guys of all ages, sizes and cultures. Will be back

Does what it says on the time, been to better, been to worse, but great fun

Awful.  Rude "welcoming" staff.  Ask a question you get snarled at.  Like one of the other posters wrote " guys who won't take no for an answer.  Got so peed off with it I left.  Never will I go back

Never ever will i go there again.  Rude staff.  Towels with the delicate hint of S stains embedded.  And the less said about the "clientel" the better.  You have been warned!

Love this place, 100% friendly and very very little issues. Staff are Spot on.
