This is my local pharmacy and ive been coming here for many years I know they have to ask my address on each visit but after all this time me and the staff are still not on first name terms not even last I try and be friendly and polite but I don't think they care,a little example they normally text when my prescription is ready but they forgot this time I called and left a message but no body got back to me when I went in and asked why they didn't know there was no we are sorry about that it's just a bit off putting they are there for the community as a vital role to help the customers and be helpful and supportive I just wish they could be more friendly not just to me but to all customers alike I know it's a professional environment but a little humanity and empathy would be lovely.
Staff are very friendly and helpful however timekeeping is an issue... I try to go to collect prescriptions after I drop my son off at school however am often left waiting for them to open - this morning they were 30 minutes late! Best advice is to aim for after 10am as they are always open by then.
Look, I want to leave a good review, I really do. The staff are always very helpful and it's very conveniently placed for me and my partner to pop in - however it's never open on time. The staff will be waiting outside, the medicine delivery will be stacked by the door, a queue of customers will be forming, but the pharmacist or owner or whoever has the key is nowhere to be seen. 9am is the opening time, yet myself and others have waited until well past 9:30am, somtimes closer to 10am. I mean, c'mon, if I turned up to work 30 - 45 minutes late repeatedly I'd have been fired along time ago and it's not like you're providing an important service... like medication... >:
Helpful friendly staff. Range of items a little limited.
My daughter asked to see the pharmacist this afternoon seeking advice about her 3 year old. Both her young children were with her. My daughter was clearly distressed. The woman on the counter was only interested in selling my daughter a mask rather than helping her. When my daughter pointed out that the other two people behind the counter were not wearing masks she was told they are back here, you’re not. My daughter; at this point close to tears then asked again if she could see the pharmacist and she was refused because she wouldn’t buy a mask. What absolutely disgusting treatment of a worried young mother seeking help. Rude, cold, no empathy and frankly no humanity whatsoever.
Friendly staff , always on time with medication
Cold reception, rude and very unhelpful. I asked pharmacist to explain directions of use for my prescription. She just said 'it's on the label'!! And then hollard from back of shop what I should do. Gave my change on the counter spun round and said bye facing the other direction. Will never be going back!! Bad attitude.
Courteous, efficient, polite, helpful.
I went in because of some marks on my back and the pharmacist stated 'go see your doctor' without giving any further explanation. It was an attitude of 'I couldn't care less' that should not be exhibited by someone in their position and left me extremely worried that there was something seriously wrong. I asked if I should be worried and the pharmacist just shrugged.
Excellent service and very polite. Always first class.
