I really don't understand the bad reviews. all the staff at Glade Pharmacy is very professional, helpful, kind and thoughtful. I have seen them deal with some very rude people and they have always answered with kindness and professionalism. To all the Team at Glade Pharmacy, I salute you for the great work you are doing, and for doing it as fast as possible, in opposite to other pharmacies. I was with Pharmacy2U, and it was awful and I couldn't count on them delivering my medication on time, or sending it through knowing that the Post Office is on strike, which has put me in difficult positions few times. I have changed all my medication to go, to Glade Pharmacy, and I can't be happier, Thank you all guys. I really really salute you for your great work and for your patience with all of us!!! I have been going to glade pharmacy for 2 years when we moved here and the people who work in the pharmacy are friendly and really helpful. I would recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends. They treat you has a person which sometimes you do not get else where. Well Done Glade pharmacy.

Excellent service ringing after a week follow up after starting new medication

Walk in flu jab service was great, team v helpful and given the long delays at other pharmacies would highly recommend.

While they are always incredibly busy, they are always as helpful as possible, with a smile and a kind word as a bonus.

Just phoned from a Veterinary Hospital to recheck if the product we ordered from one of our patients is back as they said it would. The pharmacist who reply was rude and very unprofessional on the phone. She kept interrupting me not allowing me to talk. This person has zero customer communication skills, please next time make sure someone else replies the phone and you re-check what drugs you can or cannot prescribe.

Oh dear! If you venture into this place, you have to bow and scrape before the lords and masters. First, make sure you’ve understood all aspects of what you as a customer are duty bound to do to satisfy them, and if you get any of it wrong they will berate you and humiliate you. Make sure you understand their system. When you want to collect your prescription, phone them the day before. This is so that they can get it ready, and this avoids queues supposedly, as it’s one-in-one-out. However, whatever time of the morning, afternoon or evening you turn up you will still have to stand outside in a long queue for up to twenty minutes. When you finally get inside, you may find that the staff have not prepared your prescription for you, despite your advance phone call, in which case you are faced with another wait outside, this time to the right of the door instead of to the left! Take note, people! Avoid this pharmacist at all costs. There are plenty of alternatives.

Small but really effective. Flu jabs available. 2022. Parking an issue at busy times due to surgery next door and day care building on same site.

Never open , closed sat and sun and everyday between 1and 2 creating long queues for up to 30 mins , no apologies mostly abrupt and curt. Move with the times  surprised not open one afternoon a week …… remember????

Excellent Pharmacy. With safe collection and service. It is very popular so you may need patience to wait during this difficult time for all . Very helpful via phone. Phone before to check everything in stock.
