I have no anger or malice directed at the staff; but the chaos at this place is frankly dangerous and going to lead to a customer being harmed by not receiving or receiving the wrong medication. Why are the staff not able to organise the dispensing of drugs as other professional pharmacists do. They even manage to smile and treat their customers humanely!

Stood next to a poor guy in queue tonight was being really patient with new I'm a regular member of staff. Owing to her inexperience she turned on him lying that she'd said something, when his prescription was a bit more complicated than normal. Horrible customer service to turn on customer when things are difficult. He seemed shaken by her hostility, when he was innocent. I'm not a moaner usually, but feel compelled to write this.

Knowledgeable, Friendly, Professional - in one word, Zahrah. I was astonished by the impeccable service I have received by this young lady. Visited Lloyds in Hemel for the first time and was very pleased with the service and advice I have received. A calm nature and a friendly smile goes a long way !

Avoid the graveyard shift staff who half heartedly look for an ordered prescription and say it's not there; when you've been reliably informed by the doctors surgery it is making you come back the next day for it to be plucked off the shelf by more nimble daytime staff.

Worth ever, they never find my prescription, they are not professional,  horrible

Need meds next day they sorted it very quickly
