I would just like to thank Pradip who is the Pharmacy Manager for Lloyd's Pharmacy, Taplow for a very professional and first class service. He administered my flu jab with much care and attention. Thank you Pradip.

The pharmacist never ever picks up the phone and I needed to order blood thinning injections. Shame on the pharmacist. I can hear on the line the pharmacist is talking to someone and I keep ringing but ignores my phone.

Had a booking with Pardip for Covid test fit for flight today, he was very friendly to me and my wife and daughter, he answered all my questions and concerns and ensured that everything was correct on my RAT certificate before I left. Very very happy with the service that was provided. I will do tests and vaccines from here from now on. Thank you Pardip

Generally good service received whenever I visit this pharmacy. However the service I receive from Pradip is exceptional. He remembers my medical condition and associated medications and ensures that any over the counter medications are safe and appropriate. On occasions when I have needed advise about a problem he has always provided sound and considered advise. Pradip provides the circumstances under which I should escalate to a GP or a hospital, and is much quicker to get hold off than NHS111! Pradip discreetly follows up to check that you have recovered if he sees you in the shop. Others in the team have a strong role model in Pradip which they would benefit from following.

Enquired about having a flu vaccination. I was able to be seen immediately. Pradip was quick and efficient and the process was totally painless. Very impressed.

Have been visiting this pharmacy for quite some time and am very happy with the service provided.  Pharmacy staff are very friendly and helpful.  Pharmacy Manager is very experienced and knowledgeable. Welldone  and thank you .... Keep up the good work.

Refused to give me my regular prescription as an emergency prescription to cover my tablets for 2 days. Lyods website clearly states that pharmicst can issues emergency prescription.

111 supposedly sent e-prescription for emergency diabetes medication at 12.40pm, told to wait for pharmacist to return from lunch break by girl who didn't check at the time, returned to be told an hour later by same girl that it hadn't arrived anyway. Had to call 111 again and wait 25 minutes for answer at 3pm, still awaiting call back from GP at 4.30pm & Lloyds now closed!!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Mr Pradip the manager is very professional.

Quick service. I had my flu jab and felt nothing! Thanks for efficient service.
