Perfect for a little family getaway with a beach that although it's stoney, isn't invaded by thousands of tourists or brits .  Lovely place to come and chill, just remember to tidy up after yourselves and this place sustains it's beauty through its cleanliness.

A simple caravan site. Has a bar with some entertainment although the entertainment is not on every night.  There is a static site, I'm sure some owners rent their caravans out for public use. There are caravans outside the office for sale if you're looking for a basic quiet park situated right in front of the beach.  There is a field for touring caravans & campervans although for some strange reason NO TENTS. There are rubbish bins as well as portaloo disposal, outdoor tap for clean water, shower and toilet blocks. There are no electrics available on the touring site.  There are steps or a slope if you walk down the road a little which leads to the stoney beach which is a good for both bait digging and fishing throughout the year.  The touring site could do with a little levelling off and electric hookups, there is no on site shop although the is a Co-op a short walk away.  The club room is a basic bar and separate entertainment room. The main bar shows sporting events. There is no swimming pool on this site. The site has a lot of potential to be made bigger.  But if you want a place for a quiet break in your tourer or looking to purchase a static caravan then Rye Bay Caravan Park is the place for you, especially if you like your sea fishing.  Please note the touring site field has been closed since covid.  Not sure on the reason for this but I will update if there is any hope of the situation changing.

Brilliant. Staying with friends. Very relaxing. Beach is lovely and plenty of lovely countryside all around.

Went there about 20 years ago seems a bit run down now

Been going there for years close to beach and shops to rye and hastings  shame that there's  no electric  top touring field could be looked at  and £20 a night then £25 a night when the kids break up for there holidays down there but over all  a quiet  place to chill

Peaceful family friendly site. Clean and very well looked after. Right next to the beach and near to picturesque towns and villages.
