My employer asked for a medical report. They told my employer they had told me that I have to visit the practice to view the report first. They did NOT tell me this! They LIED to my employer, making it appear as though I was failing to provide information as agreed and as though I was dishonest. This could potentially have further implications for my employment. They did call and I returned the missed call. During the call they did not tell me about the report and failed to mention this again on the 3 visits to practice in the following weeks. Also, no further attempts were made to contact me again to inform me. Disgusting. I will be changing practice.
