I have been with longroyde surgery for over 20 years and feel so lucky that this is my surgery. Making appointments are so easy with getting through and booking the appointment, normally getting a same day appointment or the latest the next day. - how many other surgeries offer this! Well done to all who work there, other surgeries need to follow your example.
My husband and I have been with Longroyde surgery for 16 years, they are outstanding in every way, all the staff are professional and caring, doctors and practice staff. Friendly, local GP surgery with all the staff working as an excellant team. The very best GP, staff, help, care and advice always available when you need it.They treat the patient not just the cause and they take the time to do it. By far exceeds the experience of other surgery's and there appointment system.
Great surgery with amazing Drs my favorite being Dr Preston who takes the time to listen to your concerns. Also Dr Mugglestone is another lovely doctor. I would really recommend this surgery.

The nicest doctors surgery I've ever been to...Dr Preston is so professional and very understanding yet so caring.she is an amazing doctor who I hope will work with me and my mental health issues and medication for ever.i have only been at the surgery for a month and already the kind caring ppl that work there have made such a huge difference in my life.. thanks guys for doing a wonderful job and for making me feel so welcome yes sometimes u May have to wait but isn't worth it in the end ..I love it and I love the great team too
