Ordered a log store for our house in Cumbria. It arrived with two damaged panels which took me the best part of Saturday to fix. On calling to complain on the Monday morning after it was delivered on Friday, I was told that all complaints have to be made within 24 hours. But they are closed over the weekend. No refund, only offer of re-delivery of damaged panels which was pointless after I'd spent half a weekend fixing the damage. Write a comment... submit comment 1000 characters left

On the 25th August you emailed me the bench had been shipped its now the 5th September - 11 days and counting to move a bench from Lincolnshire to Rugby! Never arrived! DX Freight was the carrier. cancelled order.

I recently purchased the Normanton 4' log store. It has good solid materials, a good design, and is easy to assemble. However, mine was not without its problems. No instructions were included, so I had to work things out for myself. The wrong colour was delivered. (I didn't bother to ask for a replacement, as I decided to paint it anyway.) There were two small splits in the roof section. The rear panels were not quite accurately cut, and so didn't fit properly between the uprights, though I was able to assemble the log store acceptably, and it looks good and will do the job.
