Fuming. Spent around £400 on fixing my moped for it still not to even start! Worse than when I brought it in. Not to mention it came back from MOT with an indicator not working. Will never use this bad service again. Since leaving the same review on Facebook they have disabled ratings on there page.

Bad service, wouldn't even give me a new chain after they had sold me a faulty one and the staff couldn't stop eating to speak to me for 2 minutes👍🏻

Bought two mountain bikes for just over £1000.00 from Rusty's  popped in after noticing the tyres were down a bit and asked if i could borrow a pump as i had no money on me at the time. Flatly refused to lend me a pump stating he only had new ones and i would have to buy a pump. I made a decision to buy from Rusty's because i like to support smaller businesses against the likes of Halfords. I usually find the customer service is more personal in smaller stores but certainly not with this company they will never see me again for the rest of my life,
