0 stars , its a matter of time before this shop closes down. Due to ignorant, arrogant staff not wanting to help people, you don't even know who the staff are the way they dress. Then when shout for assistance you get kicked out the shop, the staff totally exaggerated after we had explained kindly that its OK the lady is now helping us. When we thought the situation was resolved the staff especially the bald headed one didn't want to leave it and carried on mouthing of at us in a very unkindly manner. No where near professional. He's going to definitely loose slot more customers in the future.
Bad experience in the past, but lately, the staff have been respectful and polite and helpful. I enjoy looking around the store for bargains as there's nearly always a sale on. The prices are reasonable and in this store upstairs there is a bicycle repair shop and also the game store.
The building itself is nice inside and the products are displayed well but there's very little signposting to sub departments, sale and offers aren't easily identifiable, waited at a till to be served upstairs but nobody came despite there being plenty of staff available so went to the downstairs till where one lady customer stormed out angrily after she didn't receive the service she wanted. Also, we felt we were being followed/watched like we were shoplifters which I can assure you we are not. I found it quite amusing because I knew that I had nothing to worry about and the fact when I worked in retail, the store I worked in used to apply similar tactics with suspected/known shoplifters, but saying that, other customers might not appreciate being stalked by staff. Hopefully this was a one off due to them having a bad day or something but I won't be rushing back.
Distressing experience on second floor when trying some clothes and not being decided on what to buy. One of the staff hauting on me to put clothes I just try on hangers. Being aggressive and threatening me with calling Police and never give me the chance to explainin him that I vas to put everything on place after i will chosenthe item. After I ask him why treating me that way seeing to me that I am calling him racist. I been showing there for more that 7 years never had problems.
