If the shop closes early, please update your website to reflect that. It would help prevent our unnecessary fuel usage. I arrived at the shop at 5:45 PM and was told by the staff that they were already closed, even though there were still 15 minutes left.
Turned away paying customer in order to get his staff off early, saying they’ve done either 65,000 or £165,000 since 2 o clock but opening times was still 6, this was at 5 to 4
Customer service needs a serious overhaul! Training is obviously desperately needed. One guy in particular is shocking, the look of disgust when I dared to ask him for assistance in sourcing a pair a trainers in the correct size as if it was beneath him & how dare I approach him. I don't care if you are the CEO! If a customer is in the store you treat the customer with respect! Might as well hang a sign around his neck saying I think I'm too important to interact with customers so leave me alone to hang these t-shirts up. I would not set foot in this store again. I went elsewhere & made my purchases.
Poor quality products. Especially Karimor. AVOID AVOID AVOID! NOT FIT FOR ANYTHING LET ALONE OUTDOORS!!.nnNext to no customer service and policy's that are designed to shaft customers!nnYour money is best kept out of this companies grubby little hands!!
0 stars , its a matter of time before this shop closes down. Due to ignorant, arrogant staff not wanting to help people, you don't even know who the staff are the way they dress. Then when shout for assistance you get kicked out the shop, the staff totally exaggerated after we had explained kindly that its OK the lady is now helping us. When we thought the situation was resolved the staff especially the bald headed one didn't want to leave it and carried on mouthing of at us in a very unkindly manner. No where near professional. He's going to definitely loose slot more customers in the future.
