Ordered twice now. Literally ordered 8pm it was in my house 10am next day. Just ordered some oil, very prompt honest reply it was out of stock and offered me a instant refund. I was absolutely happy to wait as the customer service I received on the phone of the lad was second to none. I’ve told all of my courier friends to use you. Amazing shop.
Well stocked shop but not every item on display, which is not surprising given the level of stock carried. If you know exactly what you want or in other words , you've seen it in another shop but want it cheaper , then it's certainly worth a visit. I saved £60 on the price of the helmet that I bought , so it was a reasonable saving. Plenty of parking and burger van on site. Definitely worth a visit
Bought happily online numerous times from Sportsbikeshop but visited the Boston shop today to try on some jackets. Their face-to-face customer service easily matched their excellent online customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Needed to try several different styles and sizes of jacket and nothing was too much trouble. They will continue to get my money in the future.
Absolutely fantastic shop, staff are without doubt the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly people you could wish to deal with. They will ALWAYS do their best to ensure that you're happy. Highly recommend.
Drove 2 hours to get there in the hope of purchasing new leathers and boots for the wife and me . Had loads to choose from, staff very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Tried on a few until we found what we liked all without any sales pressure. Came away with want we wanted, price more than reasonable well worth the journey.
Awesome experience! They had a Caberg Horus helmet I wanted, but they aren't sold in the US. I ordered on 11/27 and had it by 12/1. Price point was what I would have paid for a helmet available in the US.

Just been to bristol shop, exchange helmet. The chap with the hyabusa was excellent. Could not fault customer care. Cheers Mick.
They send me dirty full of scratches shoei hornet adv. I praised them before but not anymore as received 2nd order today with half of items missing half of value 2 sets of base layers missing from the order. They offered replacement for the helmet but scared to send anything back as might be lost like the rest.
