We absolutely loved it. Very clean, amazing décor. Food and service was top notch. Good Menu with excellent choices of Desi style items plus all around Indian cuisine. Staff and owner came to our table few times to check the food satisfaction and they were very friendly and professional. Keep up the good work.
I visited the Rustom restaurant on 29th Dec. 2021 during my Christmas New year break. It's a well maintained , neat and a formal looking restaurant. I had my lunch here. I ordered 3 starters which was good. The paneer was spicy but we'll cooked. The masala fish and grilled fish was good too. When I ordered just a single main curry , I was requested by the staff to order a minimum of two curries since it's a hotel policy they follow. Was taken aback as I did not see it coming but obliged to it. The main course was good as the starters but personally Omar Khayyam restaurant which is quite next to this hotel which has overall lower rating than this wins hands down. Except the main curries hotel policy I was happy with the food and the polite staff.
Very pleasant service & tasty food. There is a very cheap business lunch option. Byob of half bottle of wine per person with no corkage charge if you chose from A La Carte menu.
The food is really amazing here. I travel to Edinburgh for work sometimes and envy the people here as they have access to such amazing Indian/Pakistani food. I can't complain about anything. Spotless. Special mention to Xshan for his service and hospitality. Would really recommend visiting here to anyone who loves food and flavours.
Recently opened and nicely decorating inside. Ordered a starter and mains. Food is made fresh and came out fairly quickly. Staff was helpful to choose spice level . Food grilled foos was brilliant and tasted freshly cooked. Main was a mix of Meat handi and Chicken spinach. All good to desi style if if I was miles away from home.
Very classy atmosphere, the food was delicious and in copious amounts. We came on Christmas day and it only made it better. Special thanks to Xshan!Food: 5/5
Absolutely horrible. The portion sizes were miniscule. The masala fish was not true masala fish but just crumbs. Prices were too high for the quality of food. Staff was the least bit friendly to me or my family. Will not be going there again and do not recommend.
We have walked passed this place, looked at the menu numerous times and never went in until now and i can honestly say what a lovely place this is.The food was excellent, service great and the atmosphere was cosy. What made it stand out from other restaurants in the area was the fact that they have your traditional dishes that are always great combined with new and exciting variations.Give it a go the next time your in the area.
Lovely & magnificent ambience! Very delicious food and authentic Indian food. Worth the money. We tried bhindi masale, biryani, onion bhaji, aloo tikki and chicken.
Had hear of rustom from friends and the place did not let me down. I enjoyed every bit of my experience and the food was made to taste. Highly recommend the place Food: 4/5
