We came in quite late at night after a long journey to Edinburgh and they still had us in. Staff are very friendly, food was amazing good. Thank you very much!
Potentially the finest curry I’ve ever eaten. and I’ve eaten A LOT of curry. Tender meat that fell apart, lovely and spicy too. So often restaurants try and cater for a British palate; not here, it was simply superb. Lovely service too. Very friendly. I dined alone and was treated with kindness and courtesy all evening. Will definitely return next time I am in Edinburgh. Photos are: mixed meat kebab, followed by lamb korahi, keema rice and saag paneer.
Looking for a nice place to eat while visiting the city and we were drawn into here by the delicious smell. Staff where polite, food was excellent and the price was average. Definitely would recommend. The lamb Rogan Josh was amazing. Vegetarian options: My partner is vegetarian and they had plenty of options to satisfy here.
Walked in and asked if they do deserts, the very rude and grumpy man said no and walked us to the door. Asked to see a menu anyway and he escorted us to the front door with a takeaway menu. My client asked why they don't do desserts and the man said "that's none of your business". Worst customer service I've experienced. Been here with my family in the past and we will never return. Poor show
Tasty food with impeccable service - even entertained the kids with magic tricks! Large portions and we’ll spiced. Naan breads were light and crispy in the right proportions.
We were a group of 7 women who were full of nonsense but the staff took us in their stride food was delicious and plentiful and the servers were very patient about describing dishes and level of hotness. Parking: Ignite is in Morrison Street near Haymarket Enough said! Wheelchair accessibility: Quite a small venue wouldn't be easy for wheelchair users and toilet access was down stairs so not at all easy

Had heard about this restaurant from a colleague. It was just what I was looking for : great choice of food, reasonably priced and great service. Portions were huge. Tasty curries, great friendly service. Cosy comfortable surroundings. Very stylish toilets.
Never order from here through just eat. Waited 30min after expected deliver, so 2hrs in total. Spent a further 30min while the restaurant blamed just eat and gave me their number, which is automated and sends you back to the app thus back to the restaurant, so round in circles. I’m short, if you’re a business who uses just eat and you can’t deliver the service come off just eat but don’t treat the customer like it’s not your responsibility and ‘who care’ attitude. I order through this app at least once a week and never had this experience. Shocking!
We happened across Ignite whilst out looking for dinner on Friday night. We had a great experience with wonderful food and service. Try the Murgh chicken, Sagaloo and chicken Jalfrezi, all were great.Food: 5/5
