Hopeless practice in every sense of the word!!! Total chaos and unhelpful receptionist who thinks she have the right to end a conversation because your asking why your query is not being dealt with!!! It’s taken 19 months to get as far as having hospital investigations done then told months later they can’t give you results because I made 2 requests on one e mail and should of sent them separately! Absolute joke of a service . Have to select a star to be able to post a review but my opinion is Nil stars !
Ask my gp service times are nonsensical. Need to finish later in the day not at 0900. And when you advertise the ask my gp service as open why is it often closed? The times are unreliable. Even when you are able to submit a request it is often delayed until the next day. Seems like you need more staff. Either way something isn’t running efficiently. And how is it that you can have the first appointment of the day and still sat there for over 30mins waiting for your appointment. 1 star - must try harder!
Rude practice manager and a rude doctor. Every time I have tried to speak to a doctor via ask my gp app I have been refused by the practice manager and completely ignored!! Last time I was able to get though I was rudely ignored by the practice manager I told her I was in agony and then had a VERY rude phone call from one of the doctors shouting at me down the phone and talking down to me like I was a child. I will ALWAYS speak the truth and WILL NOT be silenced
We have just moved to the area and found the receptionist helpful and friendly. The dispensary made the transition easy and Joe went out of her way to help when I had a problem. A great surgery!
The pharmacy is always very helpful and pleasant. I have no complaints all .
Have a chest infection seriously not well I also have terminal Bone Marrow Cancer and on various drugs for this yet it takes from 10.50am to almost 5 pm replying to basic questions for the critical care person to then ask me do I want anti biotics! They are closed now until Monday so I’m here in pain and distress unable to work until I get my meds I presume on Monday! Also asked if I had any allergies? Wouldn’t this be on my medical records that I assume they should have been looking at! Not very happy again! It’s not like I’m asking for an MRI which I was misdiagnosed before when I was told I had a migraine but turned out to be a signum brain clot!! After having a stroke and no follow up MRI ever to see if it’s still there even though I have same symptoms in my head after 2.5 years wonder why I’m frustrated and annoyed!!
I feel most of the time, that when I go on ask my GP, I am being a pain. I don't go on for a laugh, I go on for a reason. Dispensary very good, but reception I am made to feel like a time waster. They are always offline anyway.
I received the two Covid vaccination jabs here earlier this year and absolutely everyone involved did a fantastic job in making this happen for so many grateful people so brilliantly. Had a blood test done this morning and the member of staff who looked after me was exceptionally professional and courteous. Well done to you all. You’re doing wonderful work. Thanks.
The only thing letting this medical practice down is Diane Wilson. She is so rude and unprofessional. I rang to ask advice regarding my daughter and the response I received from this woman was absolutely disgraceful. I’d be very surprised if I am the only person that finds her rude. All the other staff have always been helpful and friendly. She really lets it down.
Now I'm the first to moan about Ruskington surgery, but this time I offer nothing but praise and thanks. From the lady on reception, to the dr I had the appointment with, to the very quick referral sorted by admin. Honestly you made every step easy and quick. Thankyou for everything.
