Asked for a doctor to call me back and was told they would. 5 days later heard nothing. Put a ASKMYGP in and again not heard anything. Doctor signed me off work for 7 weeks, I’m feeling better and cannot go back until my notes been amended! Very frustrating.
Wish I wouldn’t had changed to Millview medical Center. Ask myGP usually doesn’t work, on the phone you are normally number 12 or so in the queue, and once you get the appointment it’s mass processing with quick diagnostics. Thus, our children got diagnosed incorrectly twice so far.
Pretty useless, since they've started with the askmygp thing, it's pretty shocking that you can't get a appointment unless it's in a hour window at 8 o'clock in the morning, my mother doesn't do tech and has tried to ring for appointments multiple times but they won't let her do it over the phone, so now she's given up and her hands are shaking all the time. I've had multiple occasions of them ringing me about test results which were not my'n which breaches something I'm sure. I had a CT scan which for some reason isn't on my medical records, no idea why. Lastly I've been told I have a problem with my bloods but instead of finding the problem, I'm currently on supplements they gave me as it's just a easy way to get rid for awhile. Only good thing about this practice is when you do manage to get on askmygp, the turn around to getting a appointment etc is pretty quick. Edit: Since going back to normal and being able to make appointments normally etc, the service has improved.
absolute rubbish forget patient welfare they dont know wot that is i even asked for more meds which are on repeat prescription the request was ignored no compassion staff abusive and not bothered about certain things place should be closed this gp practice is a disgrace
Rubbish doctors! Ask my GP online is never available and every time you ring u get fobbed off with “I have no appointments ring back at 12” you ring back at 12.01 and amazingly all the slots have gone! Staff are all miserable and never go out there way to help! If you get a prescription good luck getting it on repeat as even if you ask for a repeat you still have to ring and chase them!
Absolutely terrible, i cannot book an appointment for elderly father, online or by ringing up, anytime would do... but no all appointment 8am same day in gp website!! Which is never onlibe Im disabled, my father very ill. Rang and the reception was terrible my father cannot use the Internet and im not here till the afternoon. receptionist help ..... she put the phone down !!!!!!
Excellent doctors surgery staff so polite and extremely helpful
Avoid registering at this practice like the plague. You can only ring-up on the day for an appointment to see a GP which means that if you have an existing problem that's non-urgent you cannot consult a GP face-to-face. In effect, this means you can only see a doctor once your condition deteriorates and becomes a emergency. This surgery is un-ethical in as far as it doesn't fully practice preventive healthcare. Added to this I suggest you look at the amount of GP cover there is across the course of the week and you will see this is wholly inadequate.
All staff are amazing , thank you for your hard work
I've been coming here for 15+ years and the doctors/nurses are amazing. They have got me through some tough times. No matter how silly you think you sound, they listen to you and never judge. They do all they can to help and like to keep check up on you and your progress. You have the option to call open surgery at 8am or at 12pm and I've always got an appointment on the day when I've needed it or my children have needed it. If you cannot get into the sleaford site, and you have access to transport, then you can go to their other site in heckington. I definitely recommend it here :
