Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa

Fabulous hotel with lovely afternoon tea. Stayed for a couple of nights as a birthday celebration, using the spa on one day with a massage, which was really relaxing. Staff were all really friendly with the exception of the one waiter in the Brasserie on the Saturday night, who could have done with finishing Charm School - perhaps we caught him on a bad day. There were not may staff around as there was a wedding on, so possibly he was feeling it. Everyone else was really friendly. Good breakfasts and the afternoon tea was great too - fabulous cakes Really nice room - with a huge bathroom - very special!

My wife and I stayed at Rushton Hall for one night as a romantic getaway and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were all very helpful and polite, the room was grand and very clean, and the breakfast was great. The only minor problems would be that the water pressure was variable (lower than we'd hoped most of the time) and there was no DVD player with the T.V. which was a shame. Some hotels that we have stayed in have had a DVD library that guests can borrow from for a small fee, which has been a nice touch.

A delightful stay with flourishes of luxury coupling heritage and beautiful views. Our 1 night stay included a full English breakfast and full use of the spa facilities. The total cost excluding drinks and sandwiches was £220. Expensive! But this was a surprise for the wife. I wanted to make it special. There is also a 24hour bar and reception. The room was immaculate and the wife loved the free standing bath while watching the built in TV on the wall. We invited our friends along who got a last minute deal for £130. They ended up getting a free upgrade as their shower had stopped working. We would definitely go again in the future but the price points are very high. Highly recommended.

Spent one night here on a Saturday, had to park quite a distance away and wasn't able to drop cases by the door, it didn't help that it was raining. Meal was included from a small fixed menu and service could have been better although the food was fine. Amazing building and gardens. Quite possibly due you our one brief experience, I'm not sure we got the best value for money here compared with other similar places we have stayed at.

Lovely setting in a beautiful part of Northampton. The spa facilities are a pool, sauna steam and jacuzzi, nice to chill out. The great hall was a treat and the food was delicious!
