Terrible experience at the salon, ruined my birthday haircut! Came to the salon for a root tint and an haircut, and was told they don’t know how to do the root tint never had any issues in any other salons. Agreed to do just the haircut, a blunt cut with bangs. The bangs are completely asymmetrical, the shape, lengths and thickness at the two sides completely different, like from two different haircuts. Not to mention the bangs came out about 3 cm shorter than what I requested. The blunt cut also much shorter than requested never got asked to check the length before it got cut off. The stylist clearly had no idea what they were doing. I left in tears. Do not recommend this place to anyone, especially not before an important event. My birthday haircut was completely ruined.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!! Clearly not in the mood to work! I took the day off work for this appointment. My appointment was cancelled when I arrived and asked if I didn’t mind coming in another day. Are you serious?? The salon was had ONE customer! Absolute fail!! Wednesday 14 th February 2024 ! If your head office saw the way you handled a client they’d be shocked  full head of highlightes , cut and blow dry turn away last minute! 0/10 customer service

I have never experienced such low standards in a salon. Balayage if you can call it like that and a trim was done over my clothes. minimal communication and not to mention the fact that I had to wait with my head in a cold sink for 5 minutes while ladies were mixing a toner in another room. unprofessional, clearly have no idea what the end result will look like. this is alarming. even the kerastase shot was strange. still don't know which one was used for which hair type. in any case, there was not a trace left of it, which was to be expected, since only a certain part of the hair was sprayed with this product. The hair is dyed unevenly and the difference before and after is barely visible. Waste of my time and money Reigate rush sucks .

I was very well-looked after by Chloe and came away with a beautiful full head of highlights and upgraded bob. She really listened to what I wanted and I’m so pleased with the results. When my hairdresser went sick I was quickly given a number or alternative dates/ hairdressers. On arrival I was greeted like a friend. Then had a great wash, treatment, cut dnd dry, leaving the salon feeling really great!Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

I've been coming here for over a year now and I absolutely love it! My hairdresser Molly is wonderful! She's amazing at what she does, we are always experimenting with different colour shades to change my hair slightly each time. Good hairdresser. But salon hairdressers MUST say that olaplex n toner are extra costs as shock to discover price of t section doubled at til!
