I have just had a lovely full body massage and the best manicure I have ever had. As I work with my hands I like them to look good and today they are at their very best. Excellent CACI Treatment - The therapists at this Medispa are second to none and so knowledgeable about the treatments they provide. I was put at ease with my CACI treatment and was thrilled with the results. Thank you!

Their new location is lovely, I got my ears pierced in the old location when I was 11 and it is definitely a good idea to get them done there, they make completely sure they are even, they take you to a private room and let you check the height of them in the mirror, they were very comforting and everything was super hygienic. It's 9 years on and I have had no problems. My mum got hers done in a bad place and the hole is wonky so she loses dangly earrings, not really something you can fix once it is done. I recently went there to get a swedish massage, I got a gift card for Christmas. My mum recommended Uma but she didn't have many available appointments so I went with another senior therapist. I was a little disappointed. Firstly she didn't ask any questions, e.g outstanding back problems, areas of tension or anything like that. I didn't know how hard I wanted it as previously I have been asked whether I want a relaxing massage or one to get all the knots out, so that is the only language I speak, not soft, medium or hard. The therapist said she would do medium and then I could say if I wanted it harder, part way through I asked to have it harder as I felt it wasn't really doing much, but all she really did was work these same two knots in my shoulder blades and the rest of my back felt warmed up but not really affected at all. She spent a lot more time on one leg rather than the other which I found a bit weird. The room itself was really nice though, clean, had somewhere to put your clothes and had relaxing music on. I realised at the end of the massage that I didn't get my full time though. I paid for 45 minutes, got there at quarter past the hour and was finished, dressed and paid at 5 to the hour. Considering the time getting undressed and dressed again and waiting to pay after someone else was paying and booking a new appointment, I felt a little miffed. Next time I am going to book with Uma, apparently she really gets into all your knots and usually runs a little over. Here's hoping as I still have enough for one more appointment left on my gift card.
