Have had my lashes done at Mon Amie for over a year now, get many compliments about how natural they look. All the staff are friendly & the salon is spotless, I always enjoy my appointments.ServicesEyelash extensions
Appalling experience. I booked an appointment for eyelash extensions with the manager, Donna, but upon arrival, I was seen by a junior staff member of staff instead. I had booked with Donna specifically as I wanted her to do my eyelashes prior to my wedding. When I brought this up with Donna, she told me it was my fault for not understanding the booking system, and explained how no one can book appointments with her as she is so busy. She was very rude and hostile - totally shocking from a salon manager. Would not recommend this salon, avoid at all costs!
Donna, char and the team are amazing. Very professional and always an excellent service in a friendly environment. Highly recommend to anyone.
I use Mon Amie instead of other local places as they are a friendly professional local business. I recommend them highly for nail extensions, eyebrow waxing and tinting. I have been again this morning for all 3 services and between the mother and daughter combination of assistance I’m chuffed with my pride nails and eyebrows. Kind and helpful staff who have done an excellent pedicure on myself and my mum. Mine with polish which is lasting very well been a week so far! And mums with gel which was applied brilliantly. Staff were so lovely and made us all a fab cup of tea! Look forward to going back to do my wedding nails soon!
Had a wonderful facial today with Izabela. Really needed to relax and she definitely helped me do that. She was kind, respectful and very professional. Would definitely recommend Izabel and this salon. Thank you so much
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DONNA IS A HORRIBLE RACIST PERSON!! She shut the door in my face when I refused to pay for cancellation fee for a procedure that I showed up to and SHE COULDN’T PROVIDE . DONOT RECOMMEND!!
I had an aromatherapy massage with Izabela and was super impressed. She is such a lovely person & was an excellent massage - i’ve been feeling a lot of tension and pain recently and she took so much care and attention to make sure that it was a great experience. The salon itself was beautiful & nicely presented. I will definitely be using them again, and reguarly!Service: Massage
I have been coming to Mon Amie for over 4 years now and currently travel up from Eastbourne as I would honestly not use another salon. I feel like I am visiting friends not just coming for my beauty therapies. I have eyelash extentions by Kim every month and occasionally by Donna both ladies are brilliant and I am ways receiving compliments on how natural and good they look. Recently I have had a Brazilian and Underarm wax by Ashley and Jess. Both girls made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and all the staff here are welcoming and professional. I always have a lovely time when visiting Mon Amie, the smell of the salon is lush, the music is always great, everything about this salon 10/10. Highly recommend!Services: Body waxing
I have been coming to Mon Amie for at least 8 years now for eyelash extensions with Donna, it is just such a pleasure. I feel like I am visiting friends rather than a business, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It's super chilled with their relaxing music and very pretty decor.
