Story

Running Form is a specialist running store in Burton Upon Trent which also incorporates Physio Form our own Physiotherapy and sports injury clinic.
Running Form Caters for runners of all ability and ages and offers a full Video Gait Analysis service to fit shoes. We also stock track spikes, Minimalist shoes such as Inov8 and Newtons. We stock a wide range of clothing, accessories, orthopaedic insoles and re-habilitation equipment.
Physio Form offers Injury and Biomechanical assessments, Treatments and Rehabilitation programmes and Sports Massage. Our Physio's are CSP and HPC registered and have many years experience in treatment of sporting and non-sporting injuries.

Arrange to have my stride/gate analysed and then some new shoes from the recommendation.  This service is incredible and you can see the difference side by side in the video footage from how you run in your old shoes to the improved gate in the new shoes they recommend.  Staff are lovely, could not do enough help so thank you guys

I do not live anywhere near Burton on Trent so we had to phone the shop first, but, when I got there, I received outstanding service from the staff who went the extra mile.  They even gave me the chance to try on many different brands to see how they would compare to the original one I had requested. I am a woman and they let me try both the woman and mens sizes to get a better fit.  I brought the Newton Gravity V in the mens and they are currently my best trainers to date.  I will certainly be checking the Running Form shop   first when my Newtons expire.

Bought some Brooks trainers from Phil in April and following his advice I entered Burton 10K and got a training plan. Add to that the gait analysis and a few suggestions to improve it and I've run 240miles injury free since and completed the 10K in 57:56. Thanks Phil, I'll be back soon for another pair!
