A good store with some decent quality but pricey stock. Staff very helpful.

After coming to have my baby's feet measured and buy her first pair of shoes I ended up leaving and going to another store due to the member of staff who was dealing with the cue being so rude! I did not no I was meant to get a ticket and sit and wait but there is no sign to say so and no one told me either. Your staff allowed me to sit there for 50 minutes until I approached this staff member in which she abruptly said to me "have you got a ticket? I Cannot serve you without a ticket so you better go get 1. I then went to leave and in front of the busy shop of customers she shouted "I never said I wouldn't serve you did I? I was so furious and upset that of my first experience of buying my baby's first shoes was so horrible thanks to this lady who clearly lacked in customer service skills. I will not be going into Clarks shoes anytime soon nor will I recommend your store either.

Great service, but, understandably, can get very busy at peak times.
