Wonderful cosy store and lovely friendly people! Two members of staff were very attentive, friendly and jokey. Made sure I left with exactly what i needed, along with some good banter! Keep up the good work!
The poor reviews for this store are thoroughly deserved. The bald man was extremely rude! If he is going to be a sales assistant he should try to learn some customer service skills. Will never use Field and Trek again because of this experience.
Mark and the other boys in the shop went to great lengths to ensure I left the shop satisfied - good effort all round. Generally cheaper than the rest of the outdoors shops around there too!
When I went there the sales assistant who dealt with me was helpful and we found a Vango tent that was cheaper than in any of the stores around. It's not the nicest place to shop but i think it's worth checking out for bargains.
