Great options for winter jackets, boots and all other accessories. The quality here is top notch. You can get upto -50° C snow jackets and snow boots at great price. Also, there are always great offers going on. The customer service is great and the associates are very welcoming and helps you find what you are looking for. The mountain warehouse jackets are pretty good in winters and snows. The store is very clean, there are trial rooms inside the store and everything else you might be looking for. Must visit. If are looking for winter accessories. Male, female and kids options available. Black fridaya and Christmas sale coming up soon.
I definitely do not recommend it. When I got home, I noticed that there were 6-7 holes on the t-shirt I bought. When I went for a refund, they did not accept the return, they said it was on sale because there was a hole as an excuse. When I said I didn't notice the holes they showed me the small handwriting on the label. But when I got it they didn't tell me anything. Anything can be written on the label, I may not have noticed. They had to put labels over the holes so people could see it. Such a brand considers perforated t-shirts worthy of its customers and they do not feel sorry for it.
Black friday sale was fantastic. My first winter and I got my snow gear for under 200! Very very happy with my purchase!! Staff are very friendly and helpful!
Never step my feet again. Be careful for the return policy and pay attention for the price. They trick people. Ride customer service and the manager even threatened me. She is definitely very racist. How can this this kind of people work on customer service!!! If nothing happens, it is good. But when you have a tiny problem they want to shut you out right away. They don’t admit their mistakes and only want to blame on you and shame on you. The worst shopping experience ever. Like hell.
Brought shoes wore them for one night went to return them the next day said i had to go home and take a cloth and wipe sole Brought them in London live in st thomas asked her for cloth mean while only wore them in the house shoped there for my shoes never had a problem until I wanted to return this pare lost my business
Always had a positive online experience with this company without fail...That part deserves 5 stars. The manager and the woman with bright glasses at the Whiteoaks store are rude and condescending to customers and other staff members. The manager did not want to return a product, despite it being well within the return period as stated in the store policy. I will not be returning.
They didn't give me the full amount of my return. Only half of it even though the clothes were brand new with the tags still on them. Never worn. I never would have purchased from them if I had known they had such a ridiculous return policy.
I went to Trade Mountain in White Oaks.Staff very friendly and helpful.Got pair of running shoes both half price.Totaled less than $100.Never had been there before.Will definately go back.Did not have to break either footwear in.Great for my paper route.
The collection of items is great and I love the store. BUT the staff needs to work on their customer service especially the young Asian man Came to the store less a month ago and the person was so disinterested in helping us out in finding the right size of puffer jacket. First of all he made us wait for a long time. Finally when He told us there were none and just wanted to go back to whatever he was doing without actually looking. Later on after a long time of searching ourselves we found the item. He was very rude and absolutely not welcoming.
Store is fine but items purchased and then returned online are unnecessarily convoluted and take 21 days so recommend avoiding MW web shopping.
