Incredible selection of the finest quality rugs suited to a range of budgets.  The owner and family have a wealth of knowledge helping to guide you the right purchase and are incredibly friendly yet professional.  I absolutely love my purchase and will definitely return.  Highly recommended!

Wonderful customer service... Nothing was to much trouble. The owner looked after us so well. Our old family rug was repaired beautifully where it was torn many years ago... we were so delighted with the workmanship to restore it to its former glory. In the shop there is a wonderful choice of rugs for all tastes. We even bought one ourselves while in the shop.

I absolutely love Tapis, the range of rugs are amazing and Emad is extremely helpful and friendly. I bought my first Kilim rug from there a few months ago which I LOVE. Unfortunately a dog then chewed a bit of it, I asked Emad about repairs and he took it straight back and repaired it within 3 days! Thank you so much. I already have my eye on another rug which I am currently saving up for!

Just had a wool rug cleaned, having been in front of our Aga in a busy farmhouse kitchen with several labradors it was very dirty indeed. Came up like new, unbelievable difference. Emad is very knowledgeable and helpful we have  purchased some beautiful rugs from him in the past,  I highly recommend Tapis if you want friendly customer service that’s second to none.

The Tapis showroom is like a little coloured jewel in Thame. The owners, Sue and Emad really provide an efficient and friendly service. When we wanted a rug they listened to what we wanted, then brought three rugs to the house. Seeing them in situ was fantastic and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Their after service is superb too with the rug being collected, cleaned and returned to us in really quick time. Their choice of rugs in the showroom is amazing and if you don't see what you want they will hunt out the perfect rug for you. This is a really good family business and I would heartily recommend them.

I have found Tapis to be extremely helpful and that the service is 2nd to none. They have given me lots of help to choose the correct rugs for my home and they have also provided an excellent after service with regard to cleaning and repairs. I cannot recommend them highly enough

We have bought several carpets from Tapis, because they are not only beautiful, but because the owners are so knowledgeable, and are patient and generous with that knowledge. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful house-companion and heirloom.
