A great local pet shop. Reasonable prices and a big range for many animals. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Our first choice for getting our dog food, treats and wild bird food
We recently rescued a puppy. I visited here not knowing what I wanted/needed but the staff were really helpful and pointed me in the right direction. They even helped me pick out an assortment off accessories for my new puppy. We were really happy with the service we received and will definitely be back.
We bought our lovely Hebe the hamster from Petcare and she is the sweetest and happiest to be handled of all our 11 previous hammies! The lady at Petcare who breeds hamsters is wonderful - she does not 'over breed' from the mums and ensures that the babies are handled regularly and so are confident with people. She really, really cares about 'her' hamsters and, when our gorgeous Hebe departs for the big wheel in the sky, we will not go anywhere else for hamster no 12. Nuff said!
Appalling service ! Tried calling all week, no one answers the call. Trying to track my 2wk old order. Email says the order was returned but no explanation and no money back ! Did they get the address wrong ? It should be resent by next day delivery ? So bad, never ever use this company again. Bunch of amateurs.
Lovely pet shop with enthusiastic caring staff. They kept me informed when stock was going to be available and were very helpful when I went to choose my female fancy mice.
I am a regular visitor to this store for the purchase of bird food which is good quality but can be obtained more cheaply at the weekly market if I happen to be in town on the right day. They supply a wide range of pet food and have an excellent selection of pet requisities. It is a good one off stop for pet owners.

Pricey pet shop but they have everything you need. Very helpful and friendly staff and always help when necessary.
It is okay. Obviously they charge double the price than most pet stores because they know you can't be bothered to go to Aylesbury.
