Ruchita Tandoori

Got TooGoodTooGo from here and I didn't get the amount of food I expect the order said £25 worth and I really didn't feel like I got that. Instead it was half full containers with dishes with the cheapest ingredients. Potato curries and chicken curry very disappointing although everything tasted great the amounts and variety are not.Food: 4/5

Great curry sauces, chicken always good quality and well cooked, and naan breads 99% of the time perfectly mixed fluffy and crispy. Delivery is always fast and friendly.

Terrible service and an absolute con... the website said not open called and collected. Then was told curry for one was 20 pound! Prices a joke and the discount is a scam on paying they tell you manager stopped the discount due to covid. The food was sadly mediocre at best and this is the worst part. If your going to pay through the nose ypu at least expect it to be edible. Huge let down and I will not be back. I'd rather get conned by somewhere that I can eat the food!

I had a terrible meal delivered from rubbish Ruchita takeaway, I ordered nan that was not with my order, after a few phonecalls it arrived 50 mins after my delivery of food. There were hardly any chicken pieces in the watery korma. No offer of credit just an apology. Will not waste my money at that place ever again.

My experience with this place is absolutely bad; I ordered with ubereats and they sent something else but not what i had ordered. No receipt was given either. When called, they responded that this is what they have received as order and I have been charged a lot more for other items didn't come as delivery. The food is very average and not worth the high prices. I would never be ordering food from here.

It's my first time ordering from Ruchita, and I can honestly say, it's the best "take away" we have had in years, it was piping hot, the meat was tender, the portions are appropriate, and the restaurant advised 45 mins to deliver and they were right on time. Very pleased.

Ordered from here for almost 20 yrs - but tonight was terrible and will never use again -burnt naan bread . Burnt tandoori chicken .burnt onion bahjis . It was either a return heated up or chef forgot about it - thing is we ordered for 9pm and it turned up at 8:30pm which was really early as only ordered at about 8:10pm hmmm... - so they could have made it again !!! Don't bother better curry out there 0/10

Really lovely customer service and the food was delivered on time. It’s tasty and had decent portions.
