I ordered the full meal: fish burger cod, regular chips and 7up cost me £9.40. The restaurant is really nicely designed and food was of the best standards. This is the best fish and chips in Eltham by far that I would definitely recommend.
First of all. The overall food, fish, size, taste, portion was great. Fish nice and crispy. Very big. Not too much batter. Chips were very big and tasty. Atmosphere is nice in there. Nice place to sit in and eat, not your typical fish and chip shop. Staff friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. My only negative is the mushy peas and curry sauce: Mushy peas were very very runny and mostly just liquid or water. Curry sauce was not very tasty and again was runny and didn't have much curry sauce flavour. The sizes were big for the sides as well, but at £2.50 per side , you'd expect it to be of a reasonable size. I will be visiting again for sure.
This has got to be one of the best fish and chip shops around, serving Delicious fish and great chips. Fish freshly cooked to order and the size of potions are amazing. They also do great kebabs here as well. This place has been a local favourite for my family for along time and I often go out of my way to use this establishment. Fairly priced for fresh quality produce. Staff polite, attentive and professional. There is tables and seating inside but currently unavailable due to current restrictions. Definitely recommended

Very warm greeting. Offered to cook my fish to order. Gorgeous piece of cod. Large portion of chips, fluffy but not greasy. Fabulous.
A good local sit down restaurant. Have I had better in the area, yes. Was it good though, yes. The service from the team here was good and they were lovely from the moment we entered.
Your fish is cooked while waiting, nice and fresh. I have had a skate and mushy peas with chips, it was delicious. Friendly service, very clean and lovely restaurant. Highly recommended.

Used to buy from them when I lived close by. Always great fish and chips. And portions were quite big.
Cod was cooked beautifully and chips portion was very generous. I have tried fish and chips at many places including golden chippie and I think this is the best London has to offer
