Found Ruby as I was unable to find specific lengths of timber I needed for garden project anywhere else. Service was excellent with quick delivery. All wood was good quality and straight meaning very little wastage. Cost was reasonable and given superior quality it was excellent value. Thank you Ruby as you enabled me to build my vision!!! Would highly recommend.
Easy to order ,Timbers came quickly. All good quality except one plank. Sent email to customer service they were very helpful and sent 2 replacements instead of one. This an excellent company and would Highly recommend. Many thanks
I found this company after previously been ripped off by ma grigs on extortionate delivery charge. The reason for my purchase was to erect a fence to stop my dog from getting hurt. I purchased components to make up a picket fence. The pailings came in a number of different sizes of height and were heavy duty so they would last for years. Highly Recommended.
Great experience of this company, they went above and beyond to help sort out an issue I had with a product which, to be fair was 99% my own silly fault. Still they sorted it so well and have ended up with a LOT more custom from us! Love they have clearpay and love they are so good with answering the phones. I spoke to a lovely young woman who was trying to help me which makes all the difference. We have a medium garden to fence and a bin port to make in the near future. Ruby-groups range and payment abilities are going to make that possible, whilst also providing excellent quality - thank you SO much for making a difficult situation so much better for us

Great customer service. Decent quality timber, I had ordered 50 planks and only two were bowed, which were both used regardless. Very happy, shall be using in the future for any timber needs.
Ordered a gate. Very good price, great build quality and faultless delivery, even live tracking of the driver so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Thoroughly recommended.
