I have used Rubicon since 2014 to rent out my flat, and most recently in 2023 to sell the flat. They are an excellent business in every regard, without doubt the best estate agents I have ever dealt with and I have used quite a few across London including the big names over the last ten years. The fees they charge are definitely worth it and they work hard for those fees. Communications are always excellent. 5 stars in every regard.

I have had an excellent experience with Kieron at Rubicon. He worked speedily and effectively to arrange the letting of my flat and co-ordinated everything perfectly.  I have used other letting agents in the past and Rubicon is the only one I would recommend and feel totally confident that they will look after my property, my best interests and those of my tenants at all times.

Just purchased a flat through Paul at Rubicon. Out standing service and cannot recommend highly enough. Always available to speak with and super efficient at dealing with any issues that cropped up. Paul suggested Paul Adams at adams kaye solicitors and helped out with a plumber, his recommendations were spot on. Would definitely use again.

Kieran has got to be one of the greatest estate agents in London I’ve spoken to many. His personable approach was very reassuring as I was struggling to find a property until I received his help. He was able to help me find a place against the clock and I’m very grateful for his services. Would 100% recommend him and Rubicon!

I can't say enough good things about Jason at Rubicon.  For the last 15 years Rubicon have managed my flat whilst I lived abroad.  During that time the flat needed a few emergency repairs and a couple of tenants which needed help.  Due to timezone differences this would of been impossible to manage myself and Jason was always able to handle anything that came up in a timely and  professional manner.  Jason is an absolute credit to Rubicon and someone I have complete trust in .  Thanks Jason for all your help over the last 15 years.

Currently in the process of purchasing a flat through Rubicon. Kieran helped me throughout the process of property selection and was always available, and unlike many agents human in his interactions.  Their local knowledge clearly puts them ahead of others.  I'm now moving into the contracting stage and I feel confident the next steps will be smooth and honest too.

I had a wonderful experience with Rubicon. Kieran was incredibile. As it was our first move out, we had many, and I mean many questions. He took the time to answer and explain all the questions that we had, and at the same time provided great advice for transportation and local needs we may have had. He was very kind and made sure that the entire process was stress free. I really recommend them.

Just purchased a flat with Rubicon, In all the property purchases we have made this has been the best experience we have ever had with any agent. Our initial viewing was with Kieran who not only showed us any properties they had that met our requirements but also took the time to show us the best places in the area to visit, Kieran's knowledge of the area and the fact that Rubicon are a local agent with intimate knowledge of the area made this the best experience we have had viewing any property. During the purchasing process we had the pleasure of dealing with Paul who always kept us up to date and dealt with any queries quickly and really helped to keep the whole process moving as smoothly as possible. By far the biggest difference we have had with Rubicon from any other agent is the service after completion with them going above and beyond to help us with settling in and to help with any issues, This is where their local knowledge and relationships with the staff of the buildings really shows. I have dealt with many unreliable and untrustworthy sales and lettings estate agents however, Kieran was genuinely different, in a positive way! He was very quick in winning over my trust by his sincerity and honesty. He was kind, supportive, efficient, proactive and nothing was ever too much trouble. When I couldn’t attend the viewings in person due to living in a different city, Kieran would alleviate unnecessary stress by arranging to video call, show me around the property and take the time to answer any questions that I had; I really appreciated this. Kieran is an invaluable asset to Rubicon and I’m forever grateful. I’d 100% use Rubicon and have already recommended to friends moving into the city/area.

Great company if you are looking for a temporary job, very quick recruitment and excellent customer service, especially Alexandra, she works wonderfully.  I have known the company for a year now, and they are the best  they offer a lot of inclusivity for foreign workers struggling to find a job.
