I was a tenant with Reside for a number of years, they were responsive and flexible and felt less corporate than some other larger agencies. I would recommend Reside if you are a prospective tenant seeking a property in London.

Reside has been fantastic. Despite difficult market for sellers, I was able to sell my property and Syed has been a real asset. Highly recommended.

I have been with Reside for well over 10 years as an owner of a rented property in SE14. They rescued me from a second rate agency in the area and I have never looked back! They have found and assessed the most suitable tenants for me and advised on property improvements as well as appropriate rents to charge. They are fair and responsive to both tenant and landlord and led by the friendly team of Riyadh, Alina and Linda. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for efficient property and rental management

The agent who showed me around the property was very nice, unfortunately the customer service not so good. Viewed a property in new Cross, forwarded my details,  a day later, they advised the landlord had a 'family member' that needed to stay in the property,  so on that note they were unable to complete my application process. They proceeded to let me know that, if anything else becomes available,  they will let me know. I went back online to search for more properties,  low and behold there was more properties in the same area, around the same budget, that they were advertising, but still have not let me know, or responded to my email about availability of other properties.The information I provided was correct and honest. With this being said, the situation only leads me to believe they was not willing to offer me a place due to other reasons, could be my race or my sexuality,  I guess I will never know the truth.

Reside has been absolutely amazing during our tenancy. Extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. We rented our first property in the UK with them and they guided us through the process and made us very comfortable throughout. Later, they were very responsive and resolved everything we asked for within a day. Couldn't recommend them more!!!
