Wish I could write a good review but do not take your pet here if they have long term ongoing health issues that need to be taken into account.. I took my cat who is a cat flu carrier here for dental surgery, they knew well in advance his whole medical history but were totally unprepared when we arrived and I was told they had nowhere to put him and had no necessary protocol for his surgery. Ok, fine, I guess someone didn't read his notes properly but fine. After waiting nearly a month to go back again due to someone being sick at the surgery and not being able to book any appointments (apparently? without this one person?) I then phoned again to try to book and was told it had been booked for monday but no one had called to tell me. I had to therefore quickly try and book time off work again and off we went to Putney, which is an hours drive. This time the exact same thing happened again and that is inexcuseable after the time and effort that I had taken to make sure this time at least they would be prepared. No explanations, no apologies, just told they had nowhere to put him for special needs animals and weren't sure how to treat him. These are busy people but these are lives and health you're dealing with you should at least do your homework, especially when you fail to do it twice!

Been going there for 20yrs now. Never had a problem with the care my dogs recieved

Sadly had to have my dog put to sleep..out of hours service ... extremely helpful and kind staff ...highly recommend
