Got our cat Bubble aged 3 there three years ago and she has brought so much joy and happiness to both my husband’s and mine lives. I have always had a pet when growing up but this is my husband’s first pet and I reckon he loves her more than me!
Adopted my little cat Chase here, they were so helpful and encouraging, genuinely awesome staff who care about the animals, really good experience overall. Reasonable adoption price too, i would have paid twice as much easy. Chase was neutered and vaccinated and checked by a vet prior to adoption and all his paperwork given when I came to collect him. Cannot thank these people enough for rescuing my darling and for helping me adopt him. Theyre available on the phone, easily contactable, and the location is easy to find near the main road with large signs. The cats at least are each housed separately and humanely and have the best litter and food provided havent seen the kennels. Would recommend them thrice over for adopting your future furbabies.
Not a fan of the atmosphere the few times I've been for a look around. Feels quite unwelcoming, several fences between visitors and the dogs, looks like a maximum security prison. No accurate info about the dogs posted on cages. They do host fun days and the likes which is great, they also rescue smaller animals, not just dogs.
We went to see both cats and dogs, there isn't many dogs so that's a good sign to say they are re-homing very quickly. Was disappointed to not get to see the cats, it was cold and we didn't see them in the outdoor pens, so we looked for the entrance to the cattery and it didn't look like it was for the public, so no luck there. I think they need to put up some clearer signs for members of the public if they are looking for new homes for the cats.
Picked up a cat I'm currently 2017 fostering as his mum couldn't. Nice staff, efficient and caring staff. Bit of a long way out but easy enough to find.
Over an hour on the phone to be told to ring back next day, not very friendly either! I can understand the issues being shirt staffed and problems due to covid but no need to speak to people so rudely
Called up to make a appointment to see django and the woman on reception asked me if I had had the breed before? I told her no, she actually said they are concentrating on people who have had the breed before! I have good knowledge of french bulldogs and unlike some people who just use dogs for breeding I don’t agree with it whatsoever I was looking for a little best friend for myself to go running walking and on pre booked holidays to visit my family in the uk, was absolutely disgusted by reception staff it was not put in DJANGOs profile that they needed some1 who had this breed before, build your hopes up and then they just knock them back down thank you very much I do hope he finds a loveing home good luck django the sooner he is out of that prison looking place the better!
Went to see a cat we are thinking about adopting. Such a lovely place and the work they do is amazing. The staff are so friendly, helpful and understanding.
Not as many dogs to adopt as expected. 5-6 were shown but stuck in court cases so not available to adopt. Receptionist was v nice and gave us lots of info about their rules for adopting.
No answer . The phone nmbr listed was out of date. None obtainable.
