The nature of our work has involved us relocating across the UK almost every year for the last 8 years. This has involved using 6 different estate agents (and many more whilst finding and viewing properties). Never before have we come across an estate agent where the process has been so easy, helpful and professional. From the moment we contacted Royston and Lund the process of finding, negotiating and moving in to the property was seamless. Rental property was regularly inspected with all health and safety aspects complied with. Communication from Royston and Lund is exemplary and staff are always happy to help with any queries.

We have let our house via Royston & Lund for the last 6 years using their Fully Managed Lettings Service. They have a very thorough referencing process and have always found us great tenants who look after our property. We have never had a void period and the house lets immediately as soon as it becomes available. The staff are friendly and professional and always keep us informed of new legislation and what is going on with the rental market. Inspections are carried out to ensure that our tenants are happy and the property is in good order. The rent is received promptly each month and we are always made aware of any deductions before it is taken from the expected rent. We would not hesitate to recommend Royston & Lund to anyone requiring a Lettings Agent of Estate Agent.

Slow to respond, unless it's for their own benefit. Completely unhelpful and we had problems with them releasing our deposit.

As tenants in rented accommodation, Royston and Lund provided a flawless service for myself and my partner. Any queries/problems with the house were dealt with quickly and with little fuss. They genuinely made renting a stress-free experience throughout our 2 year tenancy, which given my previous experience with private landlords was very much appreciated! Highly recommended!
