Good doctors and staff found throughout the practice, it's the appointments system that lets the service down. Had to give a 1 star rating because they dont permit minus 1-5 ratings. Would I recommended joining the practice? It would be pointless, you'd never get through to apply.

I have given 1 star because I cannot give zero. The telephone system is insulting - I started at 1 in the queue and within 30 seconds was 9th - how can that be? If I go to the surgery, I am subjected to awful pop music (for privacy - they say!) - so no wonder my blood pressure id high every time I go. My suggestion - rip it up and start again - this time ask patients what they want - it is currently not fit for purpose. I feel sorry for the poor switchboard staff.

Although I cannot fault the care, does anyone else have the same problems when trying to telephone for an appointment. No matter what time of day I phone I'm always around number 11 in a queue. It always takes around 25 minutes to get to number 1 and the sometimes the line just goes dead and I have to start again. It would be quicker to drive to the surgery to make the appointment. It's so terribly frustrating.

Absolutely shocking service...the one star goes to karen on reception at rectory more than anybody...shes always helpful. As for the rest, disgusting ,doctors treat you like dirt and never do the right checks especially on my child who suffers a lot. To then be told she is fine which she clearly isn't, Constantly battling to get appointments which takes weeks to then be told you can't have more than one problem. Poor poor services needs sorting.

Absolutely shocking company,on the phone constantly for an hour trying to get through then in a queue for 30 mins to be told no appointments left at my local doctors.what a joke!!
