My mum as very swollen legs which need regular attention, she can never get an appointment to get them seen to. To top it all she Aston have compression stockings on which she cannot get on so she as bee given a metal stocking aid to help get them on, you have to stand up and put your foot in it, she did this and lost her balance and the stocking aid got wedged in her leg we had to call  999 and get her to hospital she was there all day . Monday morning her bandage was wet through so she phoned to get a nurse to re dress it no one came so called 111 and they came Monday night. Tuesday morning bandage wet through again so rang again no one came we just waiting for 111 to come out again .x disgusting.x

Very Poor service. Having to wait for nearly a hour for test results over the phone , only to be disconnected when reaching position no.1

Absolutely awful services of these doctors, very patronising towards younger mothers like myself. Takes weeks to get appointments to then be told i can only doscuss one problem, even with double slot appointments which is 20 minutes. They are also more thsn happy to leave a 3 year old child suffering. DO NPT USE THESE SURGERIES.
