Getting an appointment quickly is the only positive thing about this place! The doctors are mostly extremely rude and sometimes not helpful at all! I'm currently waiting over a month for ear syringing because they're that booked up apparently! Good luck getting any actual help

When the surgery was independent the whole service was fantastic ! Since the merger then everything has deteriorated massively . It is almost an impossibility to get treatment at Whittington any longer which is a real shame. When you telephoned the surgery and gave your name the receptionists knew who you were and were familiar with your healthcare requirements and could not have been more helpful but now you are put through to a variety of strangers who treat you like a number. Luckily when you can actually get an appointment at Whittington the care you get from the GP's and staff is exceptional and second to none!

Extremely rude people !! I've never known it. The first time i ring or visit the center in two years, and your spoken to like muck !! Go elsewhere for help.
