Their administration is really bad. System updates with information about the patients, which is sent in writing from hospitals is updated around 4 months too late. Appointments are booked up for weeks in advance. Oh and Moody Dr church can be quite nasty sometimes. She made my 7 year old start getting weighed and told me I had to put her on a diet and she wants to weigh her every two weeks. This made my daughter self contious at 7 years old. She could have talked to her/us in a nicer way instead of being really nasty to her and I hated having to make her go and get weighed at that age. Very bad.

opening hours state clearly 8am-6.00pm Monday to Friday Called Wednesday afternoon 2.52pm to find its closed. Confused.

This practice is fabulous, I compare it with Hollywell House Surgery, the one that my wife and I have just left, at the time of writing, all Doctors are female and they simply can't do enough to help you whatever the problem, all Doctors and staff here work as a team and the practice runs like clockwork. Please see the following vision statement, it really explains their hopes and aspirations and in my experience everyone at the practice does their best to comply with the statement. Vision Statement It is our aim to create a place where we provide the best care possible for our patients within the constraints of the NHS; where we are supported, have time to reflect and allow ideas to flourish and be realised. All of these will enhance the experience of our patients, staff, colleagues and local community. It is our aspiration that all staff will know that they are valued, and their work contributes to providing the highest quality of care possible. We aim to manage the practice in a financially responsible manner.
