Just taken delivery of our new La-Z-Boy leather suite from Royal Oak and can honestly give them 5 stars for a top class service from start to finish; prices are also very competitive, visit all the others for a price & then see Kevin at Royal Oak, I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised. Too early to comment on after sales service yet as only just taken delivery.
