Ordered all of my furniture from here. Got the delivery yesterday. No wardrobes upstairs because they couldn't get them up (didn't ask wat type of house we had so they could do it to our needs). Now realised one wardrobe is wrong. I asked for one fully shelved but they r both just plain wardrobes. Can't come and sort my wardrobes out till Monday. Very unhappy with this service. 😠 Also takes me ages to get through to them on the phone.

I brought my double bed from here it's comfy and the man was helpful iam getting the headband from here then the bed will be lovely together

I bought a double bed and mattress from the Longton store, the delivery drivers were excellent and put the bed up for me, it is comfy and looks lovely very happy

Very poor quality, first the wrong sofa was delivered, 2 weeks later it was changed ,arrived damaged on the arm plus the sofa was creaking  told nothing wrong with it
 6 months later I rang he came out to be told it was wear and tear after explaining to him i had rang him 2 weeks after delivery he sent the sofa to be repaired it came back worse than it went( Not the same sofa came back) when i rang he said I will get your money back never heard from him after several times ringing . Dont believe the sofa was new. Don't trust this seller he's  all about looking after customers till he gets your money.
