Don't send anything special delivery via this office. Chances are, they will pretend to attempt delivery, pretend to leave a 'something for you' card and assume absolutely no responsibility for the late arrival of your package. Its a scam. And through their lies, you have little chance of any compensation.

Book redelivery and heard the gate go watched him to see if it the parcel was with him.....didn't knock so thought must be coming later. Got downstairs and there is another not for redelivery!!!! ITS CALLED KNOCKING!!! Lazy git!! Plus no phone number to call the local depo.

Yes they have rather limited hours and you have to wait two days from the missed delivery but that is all that can be done in cities. 
I was in today (New Years Eve 2012) and I scanned the Xmas opening times that were displayed there. on the lead up to Xmas there were many days they were open until 5 PM (5 hours later than usual) and this included Xmas eve.
The location could be better (but what can you do about that?) and I am glad I don't live over the road from the place with all the traffic it attracts.
In summary: Could be better. Could be worse.

One would have thought that this office would be open on the Sunday before Xmas for parcel collections!....Someone would have happily done the overtime methinks!
