Waited and waited 4hours they never answer my calls

My elderly mother rang for information and the person she spoke to was rude and wouldn't pass on relevant information to her even though she is the tenant.

Could have more "people person" staff employed and waiting times leave a lot to be desired Wait far too long and this is an every day occurrence

Helpful but its located in the worst possible area...won't go there again

Takes far to long to be seen to and staff a hand full of them are useless
