I have a couple of bad experiences from the staff from here,cant do her job properly, leaves things on her desk, without scanning so i needed to chase things up, damn right rude once iv put in a complaint about her, and another member of staff hangs up on me. i also believe on a previous comment , if they don't like you as a person, they just wont help you. However, someone else took over my case, and has been excellent doing doing her job she IS paid to do.
I've reported a female neighbour and her boyfriend who have been bullying me since 2015 and 2016 and nothing was done about it. They know have got Mild Learning difficulties it's discusting I have been very stressed since 2015 and 2016. I'm going to visit my advocate worker to tomorrow to help me to speak up. As they have no idea how stressed Iam I tried to not to show the female neighbour and her boyfriend many reactions as this is what they feed of and the female neighbour has got an extra person to pray on the vulnerable people who have got Mild learning difficulties I did stand to my grounds and I said to them how would they feel if they had a family member or a friend who has got Mild learning difficulties and some one in general or a neighbour was picking a fight with them would you stand they and let them do it and I said to them you make my blood boil and make sick to my stomach and I called them scum bag's and the female neighbour thought they something wrong with my head I said aye your gob being gobby it's her excuses all the time. I have not been welcomed in the block of flats that I live in as the female bully neighbour knocked on my door and said to me get your bin out i can't keep putting your bin out all the time she not like this with the other neighbours who live in the same block of flats as she puts they bins out for them. It is always me who gets in the neck all the time and the same female neighbour kicked off with me when the council came out to check on everything to make sure the neighbours are not doing things that they are not spouse to be doing for an example leaving furniture outside they flats because it is a health and safety hazard and the female neighbour asked me if I had let the council in I said no they let themselves in the main door down stairs where tanents come in and out of the block and female neighbour asked me if I had phoned the council on her I said no and she said to me she used to work for the council if that is the case she should know the rules and she should know how the council work. As every council tanents/private tanents has a tancey agreement and in that tancey agreement it has rules pay your rent on time, no legal high drugs, no aunti social behaviour,no loud music at 10 am, no leaving furniture outside your flat. Once every council tanents /private tanents has signed they tancey agreement it means they have agreed to they tancey agreement. I did play my music on during the day not at night I'm not like the previous tanent who lived the flat before me she was having party's every night that's what the female neighbour told me. And the female put silly notes on the main door saying please don't slam door as it causes disturbness at night I feel the blame has been put in the area when I go out i put my foot next to the door and I use the handle and when I hear the other neighbours go out the main door slams shut on its own. When the council were organising to get new flooring in the block they asked the female neighbour to remove the carpet because it is a fire hazard and the council wrote to every tanent they said appreciated that the tanents are making the block a homely feel but the carpet is a fire hazard and the same female again took everything out on me and she said to me she paid a lot of money for the carpet I said to her no one has forced you to buy the carpet you choose to buy the carpet and her boyfriend said to me the reason why my girlfriend put the carpet down in the hall way because it is a mess it told him I don't want to know and I said to him if you are not happy about the council on what they do as they job's you should speak to the council about it instead of taking everything out on me all the time and I said to him and his girlfriend I'm not getting involved in she said this and he said that and I said to them both I'm not getting involved in any tittle tattle. And the female neighbour has been like this since I've told her little bit of my ins and outs and she told everyone who she knows and speaks to what I have told her.
Some of the staff are antagonistic and very unprofessional if for whatever reason they decide they do not like you as a person. One certain "manager" causing alarm and distress to my elderly father who is 72year old disabled and recovering from a stroke. Very unprofessional and breaking the law during the process.
Must say the new housing officer 4 Valley view BEN is sucha treat . BEN if u would like 2 go threw my bin that neva got emptied and take the black bag out feel free 2 do so
Bunch ov con artist n very lazy n if I could I would give it ZERO STARS !!!!
The site is very helpful, should update Street view, as that was a while ago.
