Reviews

Seems like people only post reviews when something bad happens so I thought i'd offset this by posting something positive.nWe have been having our mail collected for several years from this delivery office and I can't fault the guys who work on collections. Drivers never fail to turn up, relief collections during busy periods, collection managers who actually work with you to ensure all mail is collected and all a friendly bunch of people. A credit to Royal Mail and themselves!

Delivery between 11.30am and 13.30pm. I was in all day then I get a text saying they were unable to deliver my parcel because the property was unaccessible. We are the first house in the street and our normal postman never has a problem. A parcel force van went past my house and up to the top of the street then went back not long after, I think he either forgot to deliver mine or just couldn't be bothered. Also I have ring doorbell with all vehicles driving past my drive and people coming to my door. It's all on camera so let's see how they explain this away. My package was important today

Court our postman in our shed having a nose around then took something.nReported him with cctv footage and his still working.nBut since then post is being rooted all around the country .nI would like to give the minase 5 stars but wont let you do this so had to give them one star why don't you put minases in and see what happens.nThe post office should get their finger out of there bum and sort all these problems out or give up the contract and let a reliable company take over.

Had my passport delivered to another house....my bank card was again delivered to another address.... I've paid for recorded delivery to another address and they just take a photo of a white door and post it.... I complained numerous times to the management at the sorting office...and they were going to look into it....as it's fraudulent behaviour,.... I'm still waiting unfortunately.....I've had other peoples mail through the my door.... I'm not being racist....but some of the postie's can't speak English.... and I'm forever picking up brown elestac band's.... that they discard.....nnPlus.... they've been told not to deliver on my street and adjoining streets when there busy.... you couldn't make it up....

They caused me a huge problem and financial loss by failing to deliver two important letters on two separate occasions.nWhen I lived somewhere else everything was perfectly fine, looks like this area is completely neglected.
