This depot is fine, staff are helpful and try their best. A lot of reviews aren't complaining about the depot, but the Royal mail as a whole, which is unfair. The issue I have is the opening times, which keep changing and unless I leave work early mean I have 3 hours on a Saturday to collect important packages like my life saving medications. It's a shame, but it's not the staff's fault and being rude doesn't help anyone.
Waited in all day for 2 deliveries, one for me and another from my wife, both from different company. Only to get a mail about 2 minutes to their closing time saying that they had tried to deliver but nobody was home. This is a complete lie, no attempt was made and no card was put through the letterbox. I was home all day and looking out of the window almost every 2 minutes. Why Royalmail , Seacroft chose to tell lies beats my imagination. Wish it possible to avoid them completely
Shockingly bad service. Ordered a birthday present for next day delivery, waited all day for it only to get a text saying undelivered due to ‘access issues’ however had a different parcel delivered by Royal Mail same day no issues. Same again happened the next day so called Royal Mail only to be told the sorting office had messed up and they didn’t even attempt delivery! Was told it’d be delivered next working day but if not I have to drive to the office and collect! What’s the point of delivery. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. If I could avoid Royal Mail all together I would. Even Evri provide better service

I have never seen such bad service! Delivery claimed "have an issue" without even trying. Open road, easy access, I'm home waiting and yet whoever said they tried had a problem that no other delivery person has had before.
My parcel was returned here even though I arranged for it to be delivered to a post office near me. They never pick up the phone. Will be making a complaint

good delivery service good timing like 13:00/11:00 and around 12:00 afternoon and morning but the problem is that the 24 hour service isnt promising like dpds service but they are good with letters with first class i know its guaranteed to come next day thats the thing i like about royal mail but its just royal mail 24 isnt promising in my opion but still a good service!
It’s about time that the sorting office started to open up their office on better hours. Most people are starting work between 7-9 am and can’t make it to collect. Today I received a delivery at 15.39, I was up and at home at the time. I live on the third floor of a small block of flats and letter boxes are on the ground floor. No one had buzzed up to my flat again as this regularly happens but instead just left the card to say they had been. Most other shops and stores are now back to normal hours so why haven’t Royal Mail????
I had to arrange redelivery, it still hasn't arrived on the date I arrange it for. I have spent all day ringing them and there's no answer so I left a voicemail and suprise suprise they haven't rung me back, so I kept ringing and the option to leave another message isn't there now. I don't know what's going on with them but I'm so angry with them, this is my son's Christmas present.
